Karachi: 2–3 working days
Other Cities Across Pakistan: 4–5 working days

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched after confirmation. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete when placing your order.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

Wrong product or wrong size received.
Product received damaged or defective.
Manufacturing defect in the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

❌ Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product has been worn or washed.
The product has been damaged, altered, or used improperly.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds are subject to the applicable return conditions.
